Shipping Times

The shipping times, in business days, illustrated below are from the time your order is dispatched from Sydney, Australia. As we are a very small team, we will try our best to pack and dispatch your order shortly after the order is placed, however, generally this will occur within 2 business days of your order placement. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are at a fixed rate and all packages are shipped from Sydney, Australia, through Australia Post. For international orders, the cost of the garment and shipping costs, do not include the import tax, duty, or customs charges, see the information below.

Import Tax, Duty, and Customs Charges

International Orders (Excluding the United States):

All international orders, excluding the United States of America (USA), are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the price you pay at checkout covers the garments and the shipping fee only. This allows us to keep your upfront order total as low as possible. Upon arrival of your package in your country, your local customs office or shipping partner will contact you directly to collect any extra charges such as taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply. These additional fees are set by your country's specific import policies.

Important Note for Our USA Customers:

Due to specific new tariff and import regulations governing goods shipped into the USA, all required duty and taxes for US orders will be collected directly at checkout. This means your order is completely cleared before it ships, so you have nothing else to pay when your package arrives.

Why We Selected Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

We’ve chosen the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) model because it provides the lowest overall cost for your purchase. Our shipping partner operates exclusively with DDU international services, helping us pass on those savings directly to you. By paying only for your garment and delivery upfront, you avoid inflated checkout prices and often save 25–40% compared to traditional duty-paid shipping services.

A Quick Guide to Import Fees

To help you estimate potential import charges, here’s a brief overview of common regional regulations:

• New Zealand: Orders under $1,000 NZD are typically exempt from customs duties and sales tax upon arrival.
• United Kingdom & Europe: Imports generally incur around 20% VAT, 12% customs duty, and a small handling fee. This equates to roughly 30% of your total purchase price.
