Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with the original tags attached. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Return Notes
- Shipping Costs: All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: It is your responsibility to organise and pay for return shipping to our address below (see How to start a return).
- Unauthorised Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- International Returns: If your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your returned item may take longer than expected.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted price or during a promotional event using a discount code (excluding any welcome discount) are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds on sale items for change-of-mind returns.
How to start a return

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of a faulty item, a full refund (including all shipping costs) will be provided if the fault is deemed major.
Exchanges
If you have any questions about exchanging an item, please contact us at info@merrowanam.com. Generally, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
- Full-Priced Items: If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Sale Items: If approved, you will be issued a store credit via your email. To use your credit, simply log into your Merrow Anam account with your email address at checkout and select 'Apply Store Credit' as your payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@merrowanam.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
