The shipping times, in business days, illustrated below are from the time your order is dispatched from Sydney, Australia. As we are a very small team, we will try our best to pack and dispatch your order shortly after the order is placed, however, generally this will occur within 2 business days of your order placement. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are at a fixed rate and all packages are shipped from Sydney, Australia, through Australia Post. These prices, including the cost of the garment, do not include the import tax, duty, or customs charges, see the information below.

Import Tax, Duty, and Customs Charges
All international orders are subject to Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that upon arrival of your package in your country, you may face extra charges such as taxes, duties, or customs fees that will increase your overall purchase cost. These additional fees are determined by your country's specific tax, duty, and customs policies regarding international imports. You will be contacted by a shipping partner or the appropriate authority before your package is released.
Why We Selected Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
We have selected DDU as our preferred method, which can lead to a reduction of approximately 25% in your total price (garment and additional landed costs). In some scenarios, where these additional costs are low due to the local import regulations, you might benefit from savings of around 40% compared to a pricing structure that includes taxes, duties, and customs charges in the garment price. Some examples are given below:
New Zealand orders under $1000 NZD are not subject to any customs duty or sales tax upon arrival.
United Kingdom and Europe have a 20% VAT charge, 12% customs duty, and a small handling fee. This would equate to around 30% of your total purchase price.
United States customers do not pay customs duties on purchases under $800 USD and the sales tax is dependent on the state, generally around 10%.
